3 Blogging Lessons I Learned from My Blog

I have been blogging for 3 years now, and within that period I have had what I can call a very rough but exciting journey. Blogging can be fun for anyone who sees it as such, but that doesn’t mean it is a way to make money online without doing anything.

To really succeed as a blogger you need the right approach, you need the right plan, and you need the right tools. The reality is that not every blogger knows this from the beginning, and sometimes, you just have to learn it the hard way. The same is the case with my medifast diet blog, and in this article I will be sharing 3 blogging lessons I learned from my medifast and nutrisystem diet blog.

You have probably heard that at least once or twice, but you will be amazed at how true it is.

Blogging is just the same with planting a seed; at first you plant your seeds and wait for days for it to germinate, when it eventually germinates you start to water it for years until it grows to a stage. If what you’re building is a small crop, you can harvest it in just a year, but if what you’re building is a big tree, you will have to water it for up to a year, before it gets to a stage where it doesn’t need you to water it again.

Blogging is exactly the same, and you sometimes have to put in a lot of your effort into your blog without results. The reality is that the more effort you put into your blog, the more results you will get on the long run. You need to realize that, with blogging, you will only reap what you sow, so make sure you don’t give up on your blog at the slightest chance.

While it is sometimes easy to think you can do it all on your own, the reality is that at the end you will realize that you need people for your blog to succeed.

Make sure you spend a lot of time networking with other bloggers, getting to know them and their ideals, and working on helping them with their business.

You need others to succeed, so no single moment of networking with another blogger is a waste.

Yes, there is no one size fits all solution for you. You might read a tip on blog A and a tip on blog B, but ultimately, the only tip that matter is the one your blog teaches you.

Instead of focusing on implementing every tip you come across, why not focus on learning the best you can from your blog?
