So this year second most awaited mobile phone (first is iPhone 5) is soon about to hit the market, as Samsung Galaxy S3 name has already been listed in the Samsung Global Download Center. Although the date of release of Samsung Galaxy S3 (GT-I9300) is still not confirmed and we can only guess about the final product’s features, specs, price and availability.
Some of the unconfirmed specifications of Galaxy S3 are listed below:
- 4.6″ Super AMOLED HD Display.
- 12 MP Camera.
- 1.8 GHz Dual core or 1.5 GHz Quad Core Processor.
- 2GB of RAM.
- Pre-packed with Latest version of ice-cream Sandwich.
Although various android forums and blogs state different specs and release date but currently everything seems to be uncertain and the specs and launch date can only be confirmed after the words from some Samsung Officials.
