I recently came across through a browser Remote Support Software named “Techinline”. This is a similar service provided by TeamViewer but it does not require any software to install, means it is browser based. This is the best part of Techinline. I tested this service in Google Chrome and it requires only an extension which gets autoinstalled to get started.

Techinline is objectively the best alternative to all expensive remote support tools that I’ve seen. Working with different clients every day I was looking for all-purpose remote software wich has to be very simple in use. This one collected in itself reliability and functionality.I would support this product!
I prefer not to pay for a hosted service. We went with ScreenConnect http://www.screenconnect.com/ for this reason alone. It is self-hosted and cheaper than Techinline.
Techinline does seem easy to use as it requires no software installation. However, doesn’t this make it less secure than other remote access programs that require an install like Proxy Networks http://www.proxynetworks.com, TeamViewer, Mikigo etc.?
Good post regarding Techinline Remote desktop software. In addition to it, one can even consider deploying on premise remote support appliance such as RHUB or Bomgar appliances in order to remotely access computers.
